Nicole Jennings Wade
Partner
Nicole spent the first 20 years of her law practice as a trial lawyer with a national, then international, law firm. In 2015, she joined a boutique litigation firm, and in 2020, she co-founded WGW with her current partners. Nicole’s practice has focused on trusts & estates litigation for over 25 years, and she has represented individuals and entities in a wide variety of high profile matters. For nearly 20 years, Nicole has also focused on defamation law, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in libel and slander cases across the country. Throughout her entire legal career, Nicole has handled a wide range of business and contract disputes for companies in various industries, from small family businesses to Fortune 500 companies. She has obtained favorable results for her clients through motions, mediations, arbitrations, appeals, and jury verdicts. She has received significant recognition throughout her career, including achieving both a Martindale-Hubbell® AV Preeminent® rating and recognition by Georgia Super Lawyers since 2011 and inclusion in Best Lawyers in America® since 2015.
